Estate Planning Probate Guardianship/Protective Placement
We handle all aspects of estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, Marital Property Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Life Insurance Trusts, assistance with Beneficiary Designations (on retirement accounts, life insurance policies, brokerage accounts, bank accounts, etc.), and Gift-making.

Our mission is to help you accomplish your goal of transferring your assets at death to your loved ones in an efficient, timely, and cost (including taxes) effective manner, reducing the stress and cost to your heirs upon your death. Depending on your wishes, we can plan for probate of your estate, or to avoid probate.
If probate of your own estate is necessary, or if you have been named as Personal Representative (executor) of some one else’s estate, you should consider that we are one of the Chippewa Valley’s leading law firms for probate.      We encourage families to plan in advance to avoid the need for Guardianship by having Powers of Attorney in place. However, not everyone has done that. When a loved one becomes incapacitated and guardianship is the only option, we can help. We provide prompt, efficient, and competent assistance at a reasonable cost.
